Delivery of Artwork
By proceeding to place the order you accept the carrier that we choose to use to delivery your order. You are responsible for providing the carrier access to the delivery address. If delivery is not possible in the first instance due to circumstances out of our control, we may charge you for the costs of reattempting delivery and/or storage of products pending delivery.
Depending on the art carrier used, we may provide tracking details once the products specified in an order have been dispatched. A signature may be required by the carrier for you to take delivery of your products. All deliveries will take place during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. All deliveries contain valuable artwork.
We deliver to street postal addresses in Australia only. All delivery costs quoted are based on delivery to a ground floor/front door, unless stated otherwise. It is the buyers' responsibility to make arrangements to carry the item upstairs. Our courier company does not offer delivery upstairs. We only deliver by our nominated carriers. We may change our nominated carriers from time to time without notice.
Our couriers are contracted to produce proof of delivery. If you will not be home to accept delivery you may wish to arrange delivery to a neighbour or your office. If you are comfortable with having your order left at your front door, please indicate this in your extra delivery instructions. Please note that we take no responsibility for missing goods if you choose this option.
Change of Mind
Please take time to carefully select which piece is right for you, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or are not happy with what you have selected.
Where Artwork is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund under the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
You are more than welcome to select either a refund or exchange if your goods are faulty, have wrongly been described or are significantly different to the product purchased on the website.
A refund can only be issued once you have arranged and paid to have the artwork returned to with selected return address.
A refund will only be given after the artwork has been returned to us and have been checked to be in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Damaged in Transit
All orders are packed with love and care by our trusted suppliers, they are all individually pre-checked and shipped in a perfect condition. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to be able to assist you and send out a replacement.
If you could kindly send us images of the damaged goods for us to be able to elevate further with necessary parties.
Tangas Residence under no circumstances take any liability for artwork damaged once received. We are not responsible for unsafe hanging practices, we strongly suggest all artwork be carefully hung by a professional.
All artwork weights and hang accordingly, we take no responsibility for any damage to persons or other goods.
Tangas Residence uses the Stripe secure payment services, and can accept payment via Stripe using VISA, Mastercard or Debit Card.
If you would like to make a payment via Direct Debit, please contact us for details.
Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
